ThriveWell Initiative exists for the moments when life feels too heavy to carry alone. We offer professional psychosocial coaching and mental health support, rooted in compassion, grounded in dignity.
In a world that often values productivity over peace, we believe mental health is foundational to a fulfilled life.
Whether you need a quiet space to process, a community to heal alongside, or practical tools for everyday life: we have something for you.

ThriveWell Initiative was founded by Dr Manuela George-Izunwa, barrister, pastor, and psychosocial support coach, out of a conviction that no one should have to navigate emotional pain alone.
Her work brings together professional training, lived experience, and deep faith to create a space that is both expert and human.
"I came in completely burnt out. I didn't even know how to explain what I was feeling. Dr Manuela did not rush me. She helped me understand myself and gave me tools that actually work in my real life, not some textbook."
"The group sessions were the first time I ever talked about grief openly. I realised I wasn't alone. ThriveWell gave me language for things I had been carrying silently for years."
"We invited ThriveWell to run a wellness workshop for our staff and the feedback was overwhelming. People left with practical tools and a very different relationship with their own mental health."
Our workshops are open to all. Come as you are.
